Booking Terms
Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to private tours booked through a quote from Hunter Valley Winery Tours. Shared Saturday tours booked online follow the terms shown at checkout.
Quotes
Prices shown on our website are estimates. Your tour is not booked until we've confirmed availability, emailed your final quote and received your deposit.
Deposit and balance
- A deposit of 50% of the quoted total secures your booking. It is paid online by card through the secure link in your quote email.
- The remaining 50% is payable in cash on the day of your tour.
- Changes to group size, duration or pickup may change your final price.
Cancellations by you
- If you cancel after paying your deposit, 20% of the tour total is kept as a non-refundable booking fee.
- The rest of your deposit (30% of the tour total) is refunded to your original payment method.

Changes or cancellations by us
If we need to cancel because of circumstances outside our control (such as severe weather or road closures), we'll offer another date or a full refund of the amount you've paid.
On the day
- Please confirm your pickup address at least 48 hours before departure.
- Tasting fees at the wineries we recommend are included unless your quote says otherwise. Lunch is not included unless stated.
- Guests must be 18+ to taste alcohol, and responsible service of alcohol laws apply. Our drivers and venues may refuse service to intoxicated guests.
- Late arrivals may shorten your tour; finishing times can't always be extended.
